The City of Stirling property was severely impacted by over 20 years of hoarding. Every corner of the home, inside and out, across the 740sqm block was filled with accumulated items, including bikes, speakers, boxes, bricks, slabs, pavers and a massive jumble of miscellaneous junk.
This was hoarding on a monumental scale, and it posed the most complex and labour-intensive rubbish removal challenge Tidy Up has ever undertaken.

For asbestos removal, Tidy Up referred the client to a licensed third-party specialist.

The result? Despite the scale, the project had a significantly reduced environmental footprint. Much of the waste was diverted from landfill, valuable items were recovered and all remaining materials were handled with care.
